• IZOBUD company issues a 5 year guarantee on waterprooffness of weldable membranes from the line „IZOBIT” and a 10 year guarantee on membranes from the line “IZOBIT SUPER”, starting from the date of purchase.
• Complaint has to be lodge in writing immediately after detecting the damage, no later than the closing date of guarantee.
• Purchaser is obliged to enable the producer to state the defect of product.
• In case of physical fault of our product causing the water leakage, IZOBUD Sp. z o.o. undertakes to:
• Remove the defect if it is possible or
• Exchange the product for another, free from defects or
• Return the purchaser the equivalent amount of the defective product.
• Guarantee does not include resultant damages as a result of
• Improper storing and keeping the product
• Improper assembly
• Natural disasters (gale, hailstorm, fire, flood etc.)
• Conducting works on roof which do not have any connection with assembly of the product (aerials, skylights etc.)
• Bad roof ventilation
• subsidence, deformation, cracking of the roof construction, walls, foundations or other elements of the roof construction
• The guarantee issued by IZOBUD Sp. z o.o. has no apply if warranty and receipt are not consistent with each other or impossible to read
• Possible discrepancies will be adjudicated by Polish law

PRESENT GUARANTEE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE QUALITY OF ASSEMBLING THE ROOF COVERINGS
